When you determine the amount of packaging materials you use in a month or quarter, try to order according to what you will need for a the next similar time period.  The price of packaging materials is generally lower when you order a larger quantity.  If you are able to stock up for a year, you will be able to save yourself money in the long run by purchasing in bulk.  However, if you find that your budget will not allow this type of buying, there are some other things that you can do to lower the cost.
